I have officially gone 'all in' on my own fitness business.
With 2 decades of experience in the fitness industry and navigating others to improve their lives through mindful movement, and exercise.
Over the years, here are the TOP 4 reasons I hear from people as to why they are NOT incorporating or sticking with any type of fitness program.
1. Do not have enough time. (Work/Kids)
2. Do not know what to do. (Lack of Direction/Structure)
3. Not a Gym Person. (Fear or Intimidation)
4. Too many aches and pains. (Poor Daily Lifestyle Positions)

* Online Fitness Coaching/Programming: Custom Program Design, Nutrition Guidance, Accountability, etc. (Can Live Anywhere and Time Efficient)
* Online/Virtual Corporate Fitness or Consultant.
