With its origins coming from jujitsu, judo's objective is to either throw or take down an opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue an opponent with a pin, or force an opponent to submit with a joint lock or a choke.

And this happened! Lost to a 36 year old in a 50 plus competition… First Judo competition after 32 years, well actually 34... ouch! Not getting younger! Just wanted to be back on the tournaments, waiting for a next date to beat that guy!
