This is Ju-Jitsu competition... You spar and you are allowed to grab anything that is either coming at you and throw, or you can grab the lapel and then it's becoming a judo competition, once you hold the kumikata, you cannot strike anymore, judo only.

The adult class is fun too... Same as kids class, you get 2 trial classes for free... Mondays and Wednesdays 7 to 8 pm.
