Returning to play after a major injury requires more than being pain-free. It takes rebuilding strength, confidence, power, agility, and the ability to handle the demands of competition.
At six months post patellar tendon repair, we’re focused on bridging the gap between rehab and full return to sport. This phase is where athletes regain trust in their bodies and prepare for the physical demands of their sport.
Too often, the journey ends when physical therapy ends. We believe that’s where the next chapter begins.

Getting your first unassisted pull-up is a huge milestone for so many people. So let’s toss the band and get to work. 👊

Here are 4 pull-up variations to help build real pulling strength:

1️⃣ Ring RowsNice and controlled, maintaining a hollow body position and pulling into your armpits.

2️⃣ Isometric HoldsHold an active position with your chin over the bar while maintaining tension and control.

3️⃣ Slow Eccentric Pull-UpsUse a box to jump up with your chin over the bar, then lower yourself slowly and with control through the full range of motion.

4️⃣ Toe-Assisted Pull-UpsWork that vertical pull pattern while using as little help from your legs as needed.

This past Memorial Day, our community came together to honor the lives and sacrifices of the men and women who gave everything for others. What we do for an hour can never compare to their sacrifice, but we carry out this tradition as a way to remember, reflect, and pay our respects.

Grateful to stand beside people willing to show up for something bigger than themselves. 🇺🇸
