Started with a single 5am client on a patch of grass off the West Side Highway back in 2005…

Today, KirbyFit has grown into one of Chicago’s North Shore’s premier personal training studios.
Since opening the doors in 2023, we’ve welcomed nearly 100 new clients and built a community that’s stronger, fitter, and more connected than ever.

Now we’re charging full speed into 2026, energized by last week’s Chamber of Commerce event and all the incredible support from the Highwood + Highland Park community.
