🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️ Train for your sport… but don’t stop there.

The best athletes aren’t built through repetition alone — they’re built through variety. Cross training helps improve strength, mobility, endurance, coordination, and recovery while reducing the risk of overuse injuries and burnout. Athletes who incorporate different movement patterns often become more durable, balanced, and adaptable over time.

Whether it’s strength training, mobility work, conditioning, or recovery sessions — what you do outside your sport can make you better in your sport.

At RISE, we believe better movement creates better athletes. 💪
