From the very 1st class 9 yrs ago, thru Covid(where we danced outside 6ft apart) and injury & life changes...From leading with Tracy Swager Vivian Bellar Penuel and now Jason Chuang and MK Mamolo. Got'REFIT @ Our Lady of the LakeChurch has always been about community building and families working out together. Today we dance in celebration of the WE show, imperfect but worthy. And constant. Rain or shine, Hot or cold, Summer or winter, we'll be here unless Sumner country schools call a severe weather 🤣 And YOU ARE WELCOME HERE. The parish office just let me know that event at St Jo's may not be done by 530pm today so Rm 211/212 is our Alternate location. Like always we will adjust & pivot, we are just grateful for letting us use the Church facility for free so we can then always hold our classes for free as well. We'll have cake, fruits and beignet. Let's celebrate!

SPECiAL ANNOUNCEMENT: This Thursday Sept 24th is our actual 9th Anniversary at Our Lady of Lake YAY!!! And we're doing somethings different 1.) Class will be 530-630pm instead of our usual 6pm 2.) We'll be at SJ Hall instead of Bevington. Lastly, instead of dining out, we're trying a 3.) MOVIE NIGHT!!! This is the first Dreamworks movie with Filipino representation and it's about a very special friendship very much like our REFIT Tribe. Screening time that will work with our class schedule is at NCG cinema in Gallatin, just about 10 mins from OLOL. MK, AG & I are truly excited to share our culture with y'all so hope you can join us.

Oh, how I've missed you all!!! Life, work has demanded a LOT these past few weeks and there's something about doing without the work out that I so love so much that jumpstarts a new appreciation, I GET TO REFIT with you all, what a privilege. One that I don't ever want to take for granted. I am back! and will be teaching both classes this week. Thanks Jason for providing consistency and continuous support. So appreciate you. Join us tonight 6pm at St Joseph's Hall, as we ease back into it. can't wait to see your beautiful faces.
