We are so excited for our athletes and their seasons beginning. We have absolutely been grinding this offseason in preparation. It's time to implement what we have installed with everything from stance/start, release techniques, eye manipulation, and lastly COMPETING FOR EVERY BALL AND EVERY BLOCK.

For our sessions, we will still be having Sundays 3:30-5:00 at our facility. The sessions will shift in philosophy. We are much more focused on recovery, and muscular re-generation. We want our athletes to feel springy, explosive and have playable soft tissue. So we will be getting out the rollers, tiger tails, tennis balls, lax balls, golf balls, and bands to achieve that. We will also mix in watching footage of NFL receivers and their techniques, as well as, identifying coverage and their weaknesses.

Round 10 Tonight‼️‼️

Only 3 weeks left until next year for the Youth Spring Training, we need to make them count!!

The parks director at Drakes Creek Park wants us to shift our sessions to Volunteer Park at Arrowhead because of field prep for the fall season. So for the next 3 and final weeks we will be at that location.

However, tonight, once again, we are dealing with rain. So our plan, is to monitor the forecast, if we have to shift into our facility, then we will move the start time up to be at 6:00 -7:30 pm, instead of the normal 6:30.

If we can stay outside, then we will stick to our normal time of 6:30-8:00.

Let’s finish these last 3 weeks with a bang!

Starting tonight!! May 24th, this monthly membership kicks off! This package is $75/month, which allows athletes to come to a weekly class!

Classes are held every Tuesday 4:45-5:45 PM at our facility!

Current Level 3 QBs/Gold Level Wideouts have access through their packages. For all other levels, you can buy this package a-la-carte!
