With most of our tumbling classes FULL, we’re excited to add TWO additional classes to the HCE schedule!

✨ FLIP FACTORY
📅 Thursdays | ⏰ 5:30–6:30 PM
🎀 Ages 6–12

Perfect for beginner tumblers!

Athletes will work on:
✨ Cartwheels & roundoffs
✨ Bridges & handstands
✨ Beginner tumbling skills
✨ Strength, coordination & confidence

No experience necessary!

🔥 BACK HANDSPRING & BACK TUCK BOOT CAMP
📅 Thursdays | ⏰ 6:30–7:30 PM
⭐ Ages 9–18

A focused class for athletes ready to work toward stronger, more confident back handsprings and back tucks!

Athletes will work on:
✨ Back handspring technique
✨ Back tuck progressions
✨ Drills & conditioning
✨ Power, strength & confidence

⚠️ PREREQUISITE: Athletes MUST have a back walkover prior to joining this class.
