Calling all future gymnasts! Gym Jam Camp is the perfect place for recreational students ages 6-13 to build confidence, learn new skills and have a blast in the gym.
Campers will train on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, tumble-track and more through fun circuits, drills and games designed for beginning gymnasts. Friends and family are invited to our Friday Showcase at 11:30 to see all the progress made during the week!

We're excited to kick off our Cheer Open Gyms with a FREE Open Gym on Wednesday, June 10th! 🎉

Whether you're preparing for tryouts, looking to sharpen your skills, or thinking about joining the HAC Cheer family, this is the perfect opportunity to get in the gym, meet our coaches, and see what we're all about!

📅 Wednesdays in June
✨ Ages 6-11: 5:30–6:30 PM
✨ Ages 12+: 6:30–8:00 PM
💲 June 11th: FREE!
💲 All future Open Gyms: $10 at the door
✅ No registration required

Our coaches will be available to answer questions, help athletes work on skills, and make everyone feel welcome. We can't wait to meet some new faces and reconnect with familiar ones!

Does your child want to learn to flip? Maybe he or she loves to be anything but right-side up? Add an aerial to a dance routine or a front handspring soccer throw-in? Or maybe they just want to catch better air on the backyard trampoline?

HAC has a class perfect for that! In addition to all levels of tumbling we are rolling out an "all that and a bag of flips" class called Flip-Flops!

Best for ages 10 and up on Wednesdays 4:30-5:30.

Join us this weekend for our annual Spring Fling, a free showcase for all preschool and rec. students! No RSVP or registration is required and family and friends are welcome to join us. Join us for the last Open Gym until fall tomorrow in Gymtrix 9:30-11:30 a.m. Open Gym is best for crawlers through Kindergarten-aged children, and parents/guardians must stay in the gym. Each child is $10 per visit, and you’re welcome to drop in and out at your convenience. No registration is required.
