Your future self is just begging you to push forward💕 especially on the hard days.
Working out was NOT a passion when I first started all those years ago.
I had no idea what a squat even was let alone how to perform one.
I knew I only wanted to be skinnier, nothing else was important.
My self confidence was as low as it was going to get, I hated how clothes looked on me and avoided mirrors like they were going to set the mood for the day (because they did).
I truly believed and reminded myself that I’d never get my “dream” body because I didn’t have what it took.
I didn’t have discipline.
I didn’t have motivation.
And I definitely had no idea on how to even do it.
It seemed like way too much for someone like me to learn yet even execute.
I let that limiting belief control me until showing up started to get just a little easier as time went on.
I started to get excited when I felt stronger and could lift even just a little more weight, my depression started to fade.
And the biggest thing happened, my confidence started to rise and I’d never felt better in my life.
It didn’t happen overnight.
And it definitely wasn’t easy without any sort of plan.
But I’m glad she didn’t give up on me.
I’m glad she pushed forward even after failing day after day.
Or I wouldn’t have been able to prove myself wrong.
You have what it takes.
You build it, not born with it.
Anyone can do it you may just be missing the plan that works for YOU and you only.
If you’ve said you’ve tried everything and nothing worked you didn’t have the right plan.
If you can’t seem to stick to it long enough to see results you don’t have the right plan.
You may just be missing a piece of the puzzle to allow it to all come together.
Don’t give up on the future version of yourself that’s begging you to keep going💕✨
