I posted the color version of this a while back but loves it in black and white so I’m dropping this one too! 🖤

Feels like I’ve been clawing my way back to feeling healthy and the frustration of it all has been exhausting. It’s been necessary but pretty hard for me at the same time. A friend of mine told me a few weeks ago that when she was sick, she felt like her entire month had been ripped out from under her. I am definitely feeling that. Still full of gratitude for the ability to take this rest time as it is not something we are all afforded. I’m actually going to try and get in the air today! 🤞 Wish me luck! Send me all the healthy energy!

ALSO, ummm, OMG y’all. I can’t even comprehend how much love I have received on this platform overall. I have almost reached 10K here and I’m SHOCKED at how this has happened or what I have done to deserve so many wonderful, supportive friends. Friends I have met and friends I have not. Each of you have helped me get where I am today. Watch out for a big THANK YOU giveaway, sooooon. I want you all to know how much it means to me that you choose to be here. Meeeeow. Serving up this steamy shot with who is a badass—you should follow her. Andrea is one of the only people I will share a hoop with. (insert doubles trauma here) From our time in Costa Rica at the gorgeous 🦥🐒 We are looking on ‘s hoop. That hoop saw some action that week. 🤣 💛

The ocean is calling me. After a long month of putting work above everything else in my life, it’s time to make my way to the ocean this weekend, even if Adrian has to drag me out of this house. 🌊 It must be done, the heart wants what it wants.

Recently I was kind of geeking out on sequences that keep me predominantly in the center of the hoop. It’s a fun challenge to make certain sections of my hoop off limits when I’m creating. 10/10 would recommend giving it a go. 10/10 do not recommend buying all the books in your Amazon cart in the middle of the night when you can’t sleep. 😂 Whooops. Happy Father’s Day to me! HAHA. Hope you’re all enjoying the weekend!

Yesterday was a massive reminder of why I love what I do. We all need days like that! This morning I’m working on sending out the first aerial hoop class recording to over 30 curious aerialists. My hat is off to all of you who take authority over your own training and continuously seek new experiences. I know it can be difficult to find the kind of training opportunities that resonate or feel like the “right fit”. We all have different needs and value different things— and those things can and will change over time. I’m so stoked that I’m able to throw my work in the options hat for many of you. Thank you for the trust, the support and for taking this wild virtual learning ride with me. We learn together, we grow together, we create together. This is the kind of community and connection I always hoped to find in the “before times” and never fully felt. Oooof, I’m beaming and I feel all mushy about it. Honored to share space is an understatement. Let’s do it again next week shall we?
