Im really trying here jajajajaja!!! Come stretch!!! ALWAYS FREE!!! Sunday looks like the nicer day and I made the start time a bit later cause I know how punks like to sleep in hahahah. Come stretch on Sunday, if you think youre not able, I assure you, you can do it. Lay in the grass with a hangover and listen to the music. If you show up and can breathe, you can do yoga!!!! New band for metal yoga!!!!!! Some of yall know that extreme metal is my preference for yoga, and I saw the DOPEST band last night here in BA!!!. Got me ear buds ready cause the whole house is sleeping but im getting moving this morning to the smooth sounds of on my mat, drinking a heavy dose of mate. This band will 100% be in my Playlist at while leading yoga in September!!!!!!!

Little back story about our move, the motivation, the people who helped make it happen. Ill be back in Tennessee for Muddy Roots Labor Day Weekend teaching yoga!! Ill also be attending Muddy Roots Brasil and Muddy Roots BA as a spectator, you should go as well! Look for Angry Zeta coming to a city near you THIS YEAR!!!

One month since I've practiced. The 5500 mile move definitely took a lot out of me. We are finally feeling a bit settled. Getting up early enough to practice before the 2 kids and 2 dogs need my attention finally happened this morning. Grateful for our beautiful spot in Buenos Aires. Looking forward to resuming daily practice and mediation. Day 1. VAMOOOOOOOOS!!!!

We've relocated to Buenos Aires!!! Day 1, baby yoga on the patio with our mat!!! We'll be starting free/pwyc yoga in the parks of the Flores barrio for the next month until we find our permanent home. Be on the lookout, 8 Fold Guerilla Yoga, popping up soon!!!
