May is for Mobility 🌸
This workshop is a supportive space to move, reset, and feel a little better in your body.
We’ll focus on improving mobility in a way that feels approachable and sustainable—no pushing, no forcing. Through slow, guided movement, you’ll have time to build awareness, reduce stiffness, and move with a little more ease.
