It's that time of year again for our popular knife making classes with AFA Certified Journeyman Farrier, David Moose Cjf! This will be the only event that we host this year. If you have reached out to us in the past few months asking when we are doing another class - here is your chance!

Commonly asked questions:

🔥Is there an age limit? No, there is no minimum age required. HOWEVER, each person who is making a knife must be able to hold and swing a hammer. Blacksmithing can be dangerous for young children who cannot be unattended.

🔥 Will there be other people in the same class as me? No, we keep these classes private and only you and your guests will be in our shop at your scheduled time.

🔥Do I have to pay for the time slot? No, you are only paying per knife. The knives range from $75-$125 each and we are only able to make 2-4 knives per session depending on the type of knives you choose to make.

*Please note that in order to reserve your time slot invoices must be paid within 24 hours to ensure booking.

Here are the results following our October show. I have consolidated the charts to show only competitors eligible for our year end awards.

To be eligible for year-end awards competitors must attend a minimum of 5 out of the 7 shows. Year end awards will go to the high point champion and reserve champion for each division!

Despite the wind and we made the most of our day and had such a fun Halloween show! 🎃 We had the largest number of entries of any of our shows and our last entry didn’t exit the arena until 7pm! 🤯😱

I’m so thankful for everyone who helped make this show possible but much too cold and tired to make the normal thank you post that I do! 😅

It’s show morning! ✨ We’ve had a few calls this morning asking how the weather is and so far it’s dry with no rain! The show will continue as scheduled with a start time of 10am!

🚨🚨Attention to anyone showing in tomorrow’s 2026 Open Hunter & Ranch Show Series @ FMF - October 17th Show!

We’ve pushed back the start time for tomorrow’s show to 10am! The forecast changed last night to showing a small chance of rain ending around 8am tomorrow. Hopefully this will allow the Hunter class entries a chance to beat the rain. Costume & Ranch classes will start no earlier than 1pm!

We can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes tomorrow 🎃
