Join The Hot Yoga Lounge & E Street Surf School for another unforgettable evening on the beach of Rye NH. We begin with an all level yoga flow designed to wake up the body, improve balance and mobility to get you feeling confident before heading into the water.

After yoga, Tom and his incredible insturctors from E Street Surf School will lead a surf lesson tailored to every experience level. From first timers to those looking to build more confidence and catch more waves.

Wether you’re stepping on a surfboard for the very first time or coming back for more, this is the perfect way to move, connect, an experience what the hype is all about.

Wetsuits and surfboards will be provided.
Bring your mat & a towel for afterwards!!
