We’re so excited to announce our first collaboration with E Street Surf School!

Join us on June 24th for an evening of movement, community, and adventure. We’ll start with a beach yoga flow to connect with our breath and body, then head into the water for a surf lesson led by the incredible team at E Street Surf School.

Whether you’re an experienced surfer or have never stepped on a board before, this event is for you.

The lime green door is finally gone & while it won’t be missed, it held more history than you’d ever guess.

Before this became The Hot Yoga Lounge, this space lived a lot of lives. A daycare. An art studio. A place where kids ran around, where little hands painted ceramics, where birthday parties were celebrated. Chances are, many of us had already been inside these walls at some point, just in a completely different season of life.

& now here we are, same space, different purpose. Moving, breathing, working through things we didn’t even have words for back then.

It’s kind of wild to think about, how a space can evolve the same way we do. Always changing, always becoming something new, while still holding onto everything it’s been before 💛
