Strongbridge is growing. Buildout has just begun for an expanding training area. Hopefully done in the next 6 weeks. Excited to start adding more hours and sessions. Always fun watching the athletes who work hard when no one is watching perform during their season. Just watched the huge rivalry game between Phillips Exeter and Phillips Andover. won in OT. Was probably the best high school game I have ever seen live. Thankful to be able to work with and .cole who play for the Big Red. I have so much respect for the amount of time and energy they put into becoming elite players. Good luck in the ISL playoffs. Stay Strong!

I usually don’t do client spot lights but this one is special. Sally is 93 and she has been strength training with me for a year and a half. Super sharp and still strong. I asked her what the key was to a long healthy life and she gave me some of the best piece of advice. “I’ve just never stopped moving.” No matter what stage of life she is in she has always kept a regimen of fitness. It has changed over time to adapt to age and injury but never stopped. Super proud of her. It’s a privilege to be able to work with her. I’m glad to have the opportunity to work with middle schoolers all way up to folks in their 90’s. Thank you to all my clients for all the hard work you put in each week. I know it’s a sacrifice for most of you to make time in your schedule to do so. Stay Strong!

Thank you to everyone who voted for me. I don’t know how I got rated a top 3 Wellness Center against all the big box group class gyms in Rockingham County. I only work with 50 people. Was certainly a surprise. I don’t even know what it really means but thank you to all my clients, friends and family. We’re going two years strong. Excited to see what the future holds. I couldn’t have done it without the support of everyone. So grateful for all of you.

How to tell which exercises are your clients favorites….sometimes I will leave a workout up on the board for a client to do when I’m out. I wrote up this pretty straight forward session for an experienced client. When I came back in there was a fan favorite crossed out. I can’t tell if they were communicating to me they had completed the exercise or they did not do the exercise. I have a feeling it might be the ladder.
