As you all know we started the Fit Boot journey approximately 3 months ago. Last weekend Amanda,Audrey and I did our Certification Training. After we submit a video directing a class we will have completed our training. We learned so much in 2 days and we're excited to teach all of you what we learned. Remember Linda has her class tonite, Zumba @ 5:30. You can do this class on boots or off. Call 918-791-9300 and reserve your boots for an evening of fun.

Fit Boot Announcement. The zumba class will be the only class this week. On the 29-30 a few of us will be doing the certification test for Fit boots. We will need the week to continue practicing. Wish us luck, 2-8hr days. In the racquetball court.

BEGINNERS FIT BOOT CLASS
New to Fit Boots? This class is designed especially for first-time users who want to just have fun, work up a sweat, burn all those unwanted calories, and improve your overall health.

You'll learn to:
Get properly set up in your boots
Walk comfortably and safely
Find and improve your balance
Perform basic Fit Boot steps and movements
By the time the class is over, you will be hooked and wanting more!

Class is free at this time but we do charge $5.00 for boot rental. Members and non members welcome.

Call 918-791-9300 to reserve your boots. Classes are free this week but we do charge a $5,00 boot rental fee. Next week except for boot rental, members are free and non members $10,00, that will include the boot rental for non members.
