Join us Saturday, June 27, for our NEW Paddle Board workout class!
Bring your own board, no paddle required. Class participants will perform bodyweight-only exercises while balancing on the board in different poses and postures, and use the water for resistance training for the upper and lower body. It is easy, fun, and refreshing for all ages! You don't want to miss this workout.
