As most of you know, Coach Fo also wears the head coach cap for the GP South Swimming & Diving. The girls' season is upon us for the 26-27 season and Wednesday = "Challenge Set" day. It got us thinking...what was one of the hardest practices you remember under Coach Fo? High School or Club season.

We are happy to announce that Fall Session 2026 is now open for registration for returning swimmers. Please visit our website to register your swimmer.

All returning swimmers should register for the group they were in at the end of last season, unless a coach has advised you otherwise. All returning swimmers will be evaluated during the first two weeks of the Fall Session. If your swimmer is ready to move up to the next group, the lead coach will contact you by email.

High School Groups:

- High School Boys SCY- September through March, with a break during the high school season,

- High School Regular Fall - September through December for swimmers participating in Gators practices throughout the Fall Session.

- High School Girls SCY - This group will not be available for Fall registration. It will open with Winter registration in November and will cover the full SCY season.

Anyone in the GP/SCS communities interested in a fun swim meet for the adults (18+), please consider coming out to Lake Front Park (GPW) and competing on August 8th.
