We are pleased to announce that the lunch bunch program for the upcoming school year will commence tomorrow. Please note the updated schedule, as the program will now take place on Mondays from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. We look forward to a wonderful year of engaging activities and learning together. Your participation is highly valued as we embark on this new session.

We anticipate a successful and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Beating the August Heat & Heading Back to School! ☀️🎒

August is bringing the ultimate mix of blazing late-summer humidity and back-to-school excitement! Come beat the sticky weather, burn off that extra energy, and get ready for the new school year with us at Prairie Fire Gymnastics.

Join us this Friday, August 14th for our Open Gym!

Please note we will have one session only:
Session: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Cool off in our air-conditioned gym while working on some awesome skills:

🛝Recess Readiness: Practice cartwheels and tumbling so you're ready for the playground!

🎒Backpack Balance: Work on your stability and coordination to kick off the school year strong.

🥵Humidity-Busting Handstands: Stay cool while flipping and twisting out of the heat.

🤸🏽‍♂️End-of-Summer Flips: Soar high on the equipment and make the most of these final weeks of summer break!

It’s the best way to escape the August stickiness and ease into the back-to-school season with a smile.

Get ready to jump back into the gym! Fall registration for our recreation classes at Prairie Fire Gymnastics is now open.

Whether your child is continuing their gymnastics journey or trying a class for the first time, we have a fun and supportive class for every age and skill level. You can check out all the options in the attached fall schedule. Spots fill up quickly, so be sure to secure your athlete's spot today!

Recreation Classes: Registration is officially open and ready for sign-ups.

Competitive Level Classes: Keep an eye on your inbox—your competitive schedule and registration details will be sent out soon!

Summer is in full swing, and things are really heating up here at the gym! Come beat the heat and spend your Friday with us for some high-energy fun.

Join us this Friday, July 10th, for our Open Gym session!

We invite all our athletes and their families to come celebrate and march with us! Not marching? We’d LOVE to see you cheering from the crowd!

Here is the essential information for our two big July 4th parades:

💈The Newton Parade💈
When: July 4th, 2026

Where to Find Us (Line-Up):
We are lining up on the South side of DMACC on 2nd Ave.

Timeline:

8:30 AM - Float Judging: Want to help impress the judges? We are looking for gymnasts to be there doing flips and cartwheels for the judging panel!

8:45 AM - 9:00 AM: Full athlete and parent line-up time.

9:30 AM: Parade officially STARTS!

End of Parade / Pick-Up:
Please pick up your child on the East side of Legacy Mall.

📢 IMPORTANT WEATHER NOTICE: The weather is looking unpredictable with a chance of morning rain. Please check our page BEFORE you leave home to ensure we are still participating. Safety first!

Where to Find Us (Line-Up):
We are lining up on Hamilton Ave by Davis Elementary.

Timeline:

4:30 PM: You can begin arriving to line up.

End of Parade / Pick-Up:
The parade route ends at Ahrens Park.

Parents can retrieve their children from the area South of the Ahrens Park parking lot.

Need another option? We will also be transporting kids back to the gym for pickup.
