A bird’s-eye view of where all the action is happening, here at Cherokee Rose, on June 12-14. The countdown is on and the 2026 Georgia State Helice Championship is right around the corner. TOMORROW, June 5, is the last day to get registered. Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14 will serve as a separate Selection Match for qualification for the 2027 US Helice Team.

The 2026 Georgia State Helice Championship is a few weeks away! Make sure you are registered so you don’t miss out on competing in the Friday, Saturday and Sunday races. A separate selection match for qualification for the 2027 US Helice Team will be from the main event (Saturday & Sunday). Registration deadline is Friday, June 5th. Get ready for the races and we will see you all in June!

Congratulations to our very own, Cody Matson, for his sponsorship with Krieghoff International, Inc. Cody is our General Manager, one of our resident instructors at Cherokee Rose and also the owner of Matson Shooting Academy. We are so proud of him and this huge achievement as he is officially Team Krieghoff. Cody is as hardworking as they come and has a drive like no other. Help us in congratulating him on this next chapter of a new journey!

Many improvements are underway at the Rose, and we’re thrilled to unveil our first official covered station. Before long, all 16 stations across both of our sporting clays courses will look just like this one. Progress is well underway, and we can’t wait to share more updates with you. Stay tuned!
