I’m back and ready to dance with you! The playlist is bringing summer vibes 😎 with more new tunes to come! Bring your bestie and dance with me! Monday and Wednesday classes are Zumba Gold classes. Zumba Gold is a low impact (we keep our feet on the floor) class. Class is $4.

Think you can’t get a good workout while you’re sitting down? Well, think again! Come see what it’s all about! Friday class is FREE!

All classes are at the Spalding County Senior Center. Must be a member to participate. Not a member yet? Stop by the front desk for a complementary two day pass and check out all the great things the Senior center has to offer.

Zumba Gold is $4/class and Zumba Chair is free! Think you can’t get a workout from a chair? Let me show you how you can improve mobility, strength and balance while sitting in a chair.

And this week only, free Zumba Gold Pop Up Class!!! Did someone say FREE? Come see what all the fun is about!! This FREE class is Friday at 10:15 a.m. in the banquet hall at the Senior Center.

Membership is required to participate. Not a member? If you’re 50 or older, you can join the Senior Center. So many great things go on there, you should check it out! Not a member? Drop by the front desk for a complementary two day pass.
