What a great week of camp for our returning kiddos in their 2nd year experience with and and Haven for Healing…. It was a fun filled and great week of partnership, learning, bonding and overall joy. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year🐴💙🩷❣️

🌟 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TOMORROW! 🌟

Haven's Hope Ranch & Stables is excited to welcome back an amazing group of girls from Girls Inc. for their 2nd year in a row tomorrow, Friday, June 12th!

We are expecting approximately 60-80 girls from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM for an afternoon filled with horses, our farm animals, fun activities, connection, learning, and enjoying the beauty of nature. 🐴🐐🐰🌳

We are looking for a few volunteers who would be willing to:
✅ Arrive around 12:00-12:15 PM to help set up
✅ Help guide and corral groups of girls to their activity stations
✅ Assist staff throughout the event
✅ Stay until approximately 3:15-3:30 PM to help with cleanup

This is a great opportunity to spend a couple of hours outdoors, support local youth, and be part of a day that these girls will remember for years to come!

💙 Youth volunteers are welcome, but a parent or guardian must remain on-site with them during the event.

We truly could not do what we do without our incredible volunteers, and we appreciate each and every one of you!

We are going to cancel lessons the rest of today because it is just too darn hot. It’s not safe for the humans and the horses are dragging and miserable. I will send out email notification as well but everybody stay hydrated, stay cool and watch all of your furry pets.

I copied a post that I saw for Eagala. Horses are our partners in healing. Not only are they majestic beautiful souls…. They are key in how we connect and help those who need it most.

We are blessed to have a grant from the IDVA to help support the journey of our active duty military, veterans, families and caregivers in their wellness journey….

This is the certification we hold here for our nonprofit Haven for Healing ….

We are blessed to have an amazing team and offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning utilizing the Eagala Model.
