We are looking for some donations for our end of the season party. We would really like to make pillows like these. If I order them from Amazon it will cost $175 (also they aren’t very big). Is there someone willing to get fabric and cut it so the players could tie their own pillows at the party?

⚽ Power Soccer Try-It Day ⚽

Midwest Adaptive Sports and Kansas Youth Soccer Association are excited to offer a FREE Power Soccer Try-It Day on Saturday, September 12, at TM Fieldhouse in Lee’s Summit!

Have you ever seen Power Soccer in action? Before you register for our Power Soccer Try-It Day, take a few minutes to watch this incredible video and see why so many athletes love this sport!

This event is open to individuals ages 5 and up who can independently operate a power wheelchair and would like to experience one of the most exciting and inclusive adaptive sports available.

We’re thrilled to welcome Zach Dickey, Head Coach of Auburn University’s Power Soccer Team, who will lead the clinic and introduce participants to the sport.

✅ No experience necessary
✅ All equipment provided
✅ Free to participate
✅ Individual time slots between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Power soccer gives individuals who use power wheelchairs the opportunity to build confidence, develop new skills, make friends, and enjoy the excitement of team sports in an accessible and supportive environment.

Families are encouraged to bring a friend, and participants who need assistance with transfers should bring someone who can assist them.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this opportunity with families, friends, clients, staff, and anyone who may be interested. Together, we can connect more individuals to the life-changing benefits of adaptive sports!

So incredibly thankful for Whiteland High School boys soccer team celebrating the end of the season with us. The athletes played a game, received their medals and ate a lot of food. We also celebrated our graduating seniors today. ❤️⚽️
