Where my kangaroos at!? 🦘 Today’s the day! our very first Bounce Class!
A few things to keep in mind before you jump:
💧 Bring water, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
🧠 Listen to your body.
If this is your first time on a trampoline, take breaks whenever you need to, even if it’s mid-song!
🔥 Don’t doubt yourself.
This isn’t an easy class, it will challenge you. But if you stay consistent, you’ll build confidence, increase your endurance, and start keeping up with the routines!
👟 Clean shoes only.
Please wear shoes that are clean the soles of your shoe! so we can keep our trampolines in good shape. If you’re bringing socks, make sure they’re grippy socks.
🤝 Handlebars:
I do have them available, but it can be tricky to put them on and off each class. I encourage you to try without them, but if you need one, just message me!
🎉 Most importantly, have FUN!
We’ve been working on these routines for months, and we’re so excited to finally share them with you. Let’s hype it up, sweat it out, and have an amazing time!
