EKC Baseball Academy continues to raise the standard.

We are proud to announce that Dahiandy “DJ” Johnson has joined our staff as our full-time Hitting Instructor.

After signing with the Tampa Bay Rays organization in 2017, DJ spent multiple seasons developing in one of professional baseball’s premier player development systems. As a left-handed hitter, he brings firsthand professional experience, advanced knowledge, and a passion for developing the next generation of players.

Effective immediately, DJ will be leading:
- Private Lessons
- Group Training
- Summer Camps
- Overall academy hitting development

Adding a full-time professional instructor is another investment in our commitment to providing the highest level of player development in the region. Our athletes now have daily access to professional instruction designed to build more efficient swings, increase power, and develop confident, complete hitters.

Impressive weekend offensively as EKC hit an incredible .360 as a team and outscored their opponents 54-26 through 6 games.
