This year, Dnae’s car quickly earned the nickname the “Elsa Car,” and the kids absolutely loved it!

But as we wrap up the season, it’s already time to start thinking about next year! Dnae has a ton of ideas floating around, but nothing has really stood out to her yet, so she wants to hear your ideas!

What theme do you think would make the car a huge hit with the kids next year? Drop your ideas in the comments we want to hear them all!

And here’s another fun challenge: let your kids design the car!

Feel free to print the picture below and let them create their own race car design. If you do, have them put their name somewhere on the drawing!

If we get enough kid designed cars, we’ll put them all together and make a post to show off everyone’s awesome ideas!

How does everyone feel about the color green? 💚

Everybody say hello to the newest member of D&D Motorsports “buzz lightyear” as Dnae is calling it!

We’ve been looking for ways to improve our program and take the next step, so we decided it was time for an upgrade. We picked up a car that has already proven it can be fast, and we’re hoping this is the step that helps Dnae start working her way toward the front!

We’ve had a lot of people tell Dnae she should move up to a Street Stock, but Dnae has made it pretty clear she wants to stick with her Pure Stock for now. So instead of moving up a class, we decided to move up a car.

And it just so happened that one of Dnae’s really good friend, Caleb Duffie, was ready to sell his!

For everyone who has been hearing all our excuses about why we aren’t racing this weekend now you know the real reason.

We were hoping to have the new car ready for the MPH Invitational, but it’s taking a little longer to get everything switched over and race ready than we expected. So the purple car will make an appearance!

And apparently, when Caleb is almost a foot taller than Dnae, getting the seat and pedals lined up correctly becomes a little more complicated than we thought. Who knew?
