Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated our first MET Christmas dinner together. While this is technically the MET’s second Christmas, this year I finally made it happen—and more importantly, I finally allowed myself to step back and appreciate what we’ve built.

I can get lost in the chaos sometimes, so my promise to myself going into this next year is to pause, take a breath, and truly enjoy what this community brings.

I don’t think I can ever fully express how grateful I am for everyone involved with the studio. Cheers to our trainers and their families, to our members and frequent clients who trust us with their fitness (y’all are fierce), to every single person who walks through our doors and tries this challenging workout, and to my family—for the endless support and the many “talk me off the ledge” moments.

I also want to acknowledge Jousy, our Member Connection Specialist, who couldn’t make the dinner, as well as Cindy and Shereen, who are spending this season with their growing families.

Here’s to closing out 2025 with health and happiness, and stepping into 2026 with intention and love.
