La Dolce Vita gave us exactly what we didn’t know we needed: a Sunday pool party that was relaxed, easy and still SO much fun. 🍋☀️

And we heard you loud and clear LIFE TIME OCOTILLO—this needs to become a recurring thing.

So while our massive holiday pool parties aren’t going anywhere, we’re giving those chill summer Sunday activations a little fall makeover…

🎃 PUMPKIN PATCH ON THE POOL DECK
Sunday, October 4 | 11 AM–3 PM

Your ticket includes:
🎨 A pumpkin-decorating station for kids of ALL ages!!
🏰 Fall-themed bounce house and activities
🍎 A seriously yummy caramel apple station
🍽️ A family-friendly all you can eat buffet

The Pumpkin Patch will take over the entire Adult Oasis Pool, while the family side of the pool remains open for swimming and all day play!

Consider this our official shift from summer Sundays to fall fun—same relaxed poolside energy, now with pumpkins. 🍂🎃

30 STRONG is coming to Life Time Ocotillo.

This complimentary 30-day challenge is designed to help you reset your routine, build momentum and create healthy habits that actually stick — with support along the way.

For 30 days, the goal is:
✨ move your body every day
✨ hit 8,000+ steps
✨ spend 15 minutes outside
✨ prioritize protein + hydration
✨ skip the alcohol
✨ get 7+ hours of sleep
✨ make time for recovery + self-care

And you’re not doing it alone. Every participant kicks things off with a 50-minute consultation with a Dynamic Personal Trainer to talk through your goals and build a plan for success. You’ll track your habits in the Life Time app, get coaching support throughout the challenge and even have the chance to win weekly + grand prizes.

Not perfection. Consistency.
Not a quick fix. 30 days to prove to yourself what you’re capable of.

LIFE TIME OCOTILLO PARENTS… your weekends just got a whole lot easier. ✨

Parent Night Out launches the first weekend in September and we are SO ready for this one.

Every weekend, kiddos ages 3–12 get their own night out with themed games, crafts, STEAM activities, movement, pizza + plenty of time to play with friends — while you get a few uninterrupted hours to do whatever sounds good to you.

Dinner. Date night. Errands. Silence. We support all of it. 😉

Fridays + Saturdays | 5–8 PM
Sundays | 2:30–5:30 PM

Registration is on a first come, first served basis, so plan ahead and snag yours early.
