Q: Fun fact about you?
A: During my undergrad, I studied SCUBA and became a certified divemaster! While I may be far from the ocean here in AZ, I love to travel and consider myself an adrenaline junkie—always seeking out new adventures.

Q: Favorite move to teach?
A: Heavy squats, all day. I love how versatile they are—whether we’re pulsing, going sumo, or pairing with single-leg work or skaters. It’s a powerful move that challenges your body in all the right ways.

Q: What’s your playlist vibe?
A: EDM with some throwbacks mixed in. I love when the room is moving to the beat and the energy stays high and fun the entire class.

Q: Why do you love GIM?
A: The community is unmatched. From my very first class in Gilbert, I felt so welcomed. Whether I’m taking or coaching, it’s amazing to see clients connect, support each other, and build real friendships.

Q: What has impacted you most?
A: I’ve been into fitness my whole life, but I’ve never felt as strong as I do with the GIM Method. The versatility of the workouts and the positivity from the coaches helped me train confidently through my entire pregnancy.

Q: What’s next for you?
A: Big things ahead! I’ll be welcoming my first baby girl in early July. I’ll be in the studio with you all until then, then stepping into early motherhood. I’m also excited to build on my Mat Pilates certification and bring fresh energy to classes this fall.

Q: Message to the GIM community?
A: Your body is capable of really hard, incredible things—don’t forget that. Every time you show up, you’re building strength physically and mentally. Keep showing up, keep pushing, and have fun with it. You’re stronger than you think 😉
