Last night our lady bulldogs soccer season came to an end with a tough 6–0 loss. That’s never an easy way to close a chapter but it doesn’t erase what this team accomplished.
We finished the year 9-4-3, the fewest losses in program history. Not the most wins, but one of the strongest foundations this program has ever stood on.
We began this season without a goalkeeper. A senior who had never played the position before stepped up, learned on the fly, and defended our goal with courage, grit, and selflessness. That alone speaks volumes about the character of this team.
This roster is young: 3 seniors, 2 juniors, 7 sophomores, and 5 freshmen and they were thrown into big moments, hard lessons, new positions, and high expectations. They grew. They competed. They came together to work as one unit.
This season was about more than the final score of the last game. It was about resilience, adaptability, and belief. It was about building something that will last longer than one year.
To our seniors: thank you for your leadership, your toughness, and the example you set. You didn’t just play for today you helped shape the future of this program.
To our families and fans: thank you for the love, the noise, the trust, and the support that never wavered. You carried us when the legs were tired and the days were long.
This wasn’t a loss it was a beginning. A foundation laid. A standard raised. A reminder that growth often comes wrapped in challenge.
We walk away proud. We walk away grateful. And we walk away knowing the best chapters are still ahead.

I'm sorry to report our season came to an early end last night vs Walton. It was a hard fought game, Walton came in aggressive and hungry. We beat them twice during the regular season and they learned from those 2 losses. We congratulate them on a well played game. We had our chances but some nights the ball does not bounce your way. One game does not define us. We had a very good season going 9-5-1. We are a young team with only 3 seniors on our squad this season. We will learn from this and only get better. The boys and myself included are down and disappointed in ourselves but we have to let it go and move on. We will use it as fuel and motivation for our summer training.

We want to thank all of our parents and fans that came out and supported us all season. You have been great and we appreciate you!

The girls team is off to Pensacola Catholic tonight for their 2nd round game. We wish them all the best and know that all of us will be supporting you. Our girls and boys teams have supported and helped each other all season long and will continue to do so. We are Bulldogs, we are strong and we are proud!

These ladies earned a 7–0 quarterfinal win and advance to play Pensacola Catholic in semi finals. The next match will be at PCHS, with date and time TBA.
McKenzie Stapleton finished with five goals and a well-placed assist to Mya Myers, who scored two goals. Bella Phelps, Addison Harbaugh, and Zoe Harris each added assists along the way.
The defense set the tone all night, staying organized, communicating well, and limiting chances to secure a clean sheet. A complete team effort from start to finish. The Lady Bulldogs currently have a 9-3-3 record.
