Meet Ray!

Ray began his fitness journey while stationed overseas with little to no gym experience—just consistency, discipline, and a willingness to learn. What started as a personal commitment quickly turned into a passion for helping others reach their goals.

During his service, he became an Assistant Command Fitness Leader, a role he still proudly holds in the reserves today. In that position, he led group training sessions and developed a weight loss program that achieved a 100% pass rate for two consecutive years.

Now at Flex Fitness Freeport, Ray brings that same structure, encouragement, and real-world experience into every session. He focuses on meeting clients where they are and building sustainable, long-term results through personalized one-on-one training.
