Workouts for all levels, expert coaching, and a crew that pushes you to be your best—inside and outside the gym. In life we need to be ready to perform at any given moment. Whether you have to sprint all of a sudden, quickly pick up your child, lift something heavy once, or something light a lot of times doesn't matter. We need to be able to do these things at any given moment without hesitation.

In CrossFit we take these tasks like the ones just mentioned and mix them in different ways. The physical preparedness of a first responder should be no different then that of a parent.

But Murph isn’t about being the fittest person in the room. It’s about community, challenge, and showing up together. Whether you’re doing the full workout, scaling the movements, running with a stroller, cheering people on, or trying your very first class, there’s a place for you here.

Join us Monday for Murph. We have classes at 6, 7:30, and 9 am. Bring a friend, stay for the community, and come experience what makes this day so special. 🇺🇸💪
