We had an awesome time last week at Lipscomb University for their "Protect Your Peace: Women's Self Defense Class"! 36 young ladies came out and trained hard, got vulnerable with each other, and asked some great questions. They were all awesome!

Great times this weekend with for the Advanced Prep weekend. Range day, training with , , , and Tony Morrison (including Coach Tony receiving his 5th degree black belt), and hanging out with and the crew, finally got to meet and the crew, along with many others. Andvanced Test, here we come!
