This month was a close tie between another student in regard to attendance and work ethic. It came down to the tiniest details of focus, attention and skill improvement. Great job with being an example for the rest of the team and keep up the fantastic work!

🥊 We are now CLOSED on Sundays - our new hours are listed above

🥊 Kickboxing class will be added on THURSDAYS at 6:00PM

🥊 MON/WED 9:00 AM classes will now only be a sign-up basis 2x a month

🥊 Advanced Kids Program will be launched June 23rd - skills evaluation sheets are complete.

Some of the girls working from our Advanced Teens program. So proud of them!

We instill basic fundamentals and can’t stress enough proper skills progression. As officials, we also practice refereeing to help familiarize them with the rules in preparation for bouts as well as to develop good sportsmanship and professionalism.
