Kevin Barcal has over 15 years of experience working with hundreds of athletes. He takes pride in seeing his athlete’s succeed in whatever sports they choose to pursue. Kevin has a B.S. in Exercise Science and Fitness from Illinois State University where he spent four years on the Illinois State track team (100,200,400) and two years as a decathlete. After school he was an intern with the Bulls an

d White Sox Training Academy. He has been the Manager of the Barrington (Canlan) Field House Training Center from 2009 to date. Kevin works with each of his athletes to maximize their potential. He meets with each new client to discuss their goals and works with each individual to make improvements to their speed, flexibility, strength, agility, and diet keeping in mind the skill sets required for each sport. Kevin works with high school, college and professional athletes to not only succeed, but to excel in their sport. He is currently training soccer, football, track, volleyball, swimming, hockey, softball, and baseball athletes. Additionally, he works with clients who are not athletes but are looking to improve their health and fitness. Group and private training sessions are available.
