Week 9: This was the week everything was on the line. We win, we move on into the playoffs. We lose, our season is over. Well, it's time to start cleaning out our lockers and preparing for the off-season. We lost 12-0 to Huntley. Our season is officially over.

Week 8: We loaded up the truck once again this past Saturday and headed to the great state of Barrington. Yes, it's a city, but with the numerous variations of towns with the word Barrington associated with it, why not just call it a state. Nevertheless, back to football. Our team did well this past weekend by scoring two TD's and showcasing some tough defensive prowess. Unfortunately, the other team scored two TD's as well, and kicked an extra point worth 2 pts. This was the difference as our team went on to loss 15-14.

Week 7: The team traveled down to Plainfield for the second this season to play Plainfield Green. Once again, our Trojans marched down the field on their first drive and scored. However, it wasn't until the fourth quarter that the team was able to find the end-zone again. We lost 25-12. Only two regular season games remain!

Week 6: This past Saturday featured a much anticipated rematch between the Cary Trojans and Plainfield White. The same two teams faced off earlier in the season down in Plainfield, which Cary came out victorious in an epic triple overtime battle.

This time around, Plainfield came to town hoping to avenge their lose by stealing a victory from our team. However, it just so happened that our boys had others plans.

The weather was cold and rainy, and the players were probably feeling quite miserable and freezing as they took to the field ...but on film they looked tough as nails! :-)

Our defense started it off going right at Plainfield's QB. They played determined and with an edge as they chased down any Plainfield player with the ball. The defensive play was outstanding.

On offense, our first drive of the game resulted in a touchdown. The offensive line pushed forward, and the ball reached the end zone a few more times. Plainfield had no answers to what they had walked themselves into this past Saturday. Cary won 25-0!

Week 5: This past Saturday, the Crystal Lake team came to town. This was our fifth game of the year, which marked the half way point of our season. The sun was shining, the sky was blue, and the grass was green. Unfortunately, there were too many bees buzzing around and our team got stung. We ended up losing the battle 30-6.

On a positive note, our team did win the the second half of the game 6-0! So think positive moving forward!

This week starts our preparation for a familiar foe, as the team prepares to welcome Plainfield White to CJH. If you all remember, we played Plainfield White for our first game of the season, which ended up victorious for us in triple overtime.

Week 4: This past Sunday the team played Grant for their second Home game of the season. The team was off to a good start by scoring two touchdowns. Unfortunately, too many missed opportunities and miscues did us in at the end. We finished the game losing to Grant 16-12.

Week 3: This past Saturday our team played their first home game of the season against Lake in the Hills. The team looked good as they continue to improve their game. Unfortunately, the scoreboard didn't agree we us this week. We lost 25-13.
