Happy Global Running Day! 🏃‍♀️❤️

Today was especially meaningful for me and the CoreStar Running community as we joined together for The Big Run presented by Brooks and Fleet Feet.

We enjoyed a beautiful run along the Pufferbelly Trail, followed by burgers and panatas from the Bravas food truck. It was a fun-filled event that brought runners of all ages and abilities together.

A huge thank you to Kevin and his team at Fleet Feet, Brooks Running, Bravas, and Girls on the Run for creating such a memorable experience. One of the highlights of the day was meeting people who completed their very first 5K—what an incredible accomplishment!

Running has a unique way of connecting people, encouraging one another, and building community. What a wonderful way to celebrate the amazing, supportive running community on Global Running Day.

🏃‍♀️ Happy Global Running Day! 🏃‍♂️

Today we celebrate the freedom, strength, and joy that running brings into our lives. Whether you’re training for a race, chasing a new personal best, enjoying a leisurely jog, or taking your first steps as a runner, every mile tells a story.

As a physical therapist, Pilates instructor, and runner, I have the privilege of helping runners move better, recover smarter, and stay pain-free so they can continue doing what they love.

Through proper movement, strength training, mobility work, and Pilates, runners can improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance. My passion is helping runners stay healthy, overcome setbacks, and enjoy the journey—whether they’re preparing for their first 5K or their next marathon.

Today, I celebrate all runners and the dedication, discipline, and determination that make this community so special. Get out there, enjoy the miles, and remember that taking care of your body is one of the best investments you can make in your running future.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

This Memorial Day, we are grateful for the freedoms we enjoy because of their courage, service, and dedication. We also extend our appreciation to the military families who carry their legacy every day.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day as we remember and honor our heroes. 🇺🇸
