This Sunday I am guiding another outdoor restorative yoga session! This is a free session through the BIPOC Wellness Collective. Please register if you plan to attend because I need to carry around some props!
Please know that sometimes my sessions are bilingual depending on who shows up.

Today’s session is cancelled due to rain! I’ll be offering it again next month!
I’m offering a free outdoor restorative yoga session at Foster Park once a month! If you have your own props you’d like to bring (yoga blocks, yoga pillows/bolsters) that’s great! It’d be nice if you could notify me if you’re coming because this class provides a lot of props that I have to carry around. Also, always be on the lookout for social media in case of cancellations due to weather.
