I spent a few hours this past week focusing on my favorite subject- ME! 😸✨🥰
In a recent Alchemical Dissolution practice, when asked to go deep inside the psyche and find the one, sparkling, TRUTH of our being, my truth was this:
✨I AM A POTENT, EFFERVESCENT DELIGHT.✨
And ya know, not only is this TRUE, but I needed the reminder, because sometimes life, (or the world), can bring us down.
I AM POTENT, and my potency is not for the faint of heart. My medicine can soothe your soul or poison your senses, but you WILL taste me. 🍎
EFFERVESCENCE means vivacity or enthusiasm, and well, if you’ve ever met me in person… I’m nothing if not vivacious and enthusiastic. 💁🏻♀️😸
Last but not least, I AM a mo*********ng DELIGHT! I bask in delight, I bring delight, I embody delight! Delight in my self, my body, my family, my children, my friends, my home, my circles, my work, the good and the bad, the joy and the sorrow, I am delighted with my LIFE. And no one or no thing can ever take that truth away from me. (Even if I have to be reminded from time to time).
I don’t know if we ever have just one purpose in this lifetime, but I’m pretty sure that at least part of the reason I’m here is to remind the world and those around me what else is possible.
Even in the darkest dumps- potent, effervescent delight is the medicine. 🖤✨🖤✨🖤
