✨Free Dance Class✨

We are offering a free Burlesque Jazz class with Sydney! Explore jazz dance basics and empowering movement inspired by the artistry of showgirls, cabarets, and classic club entertainers! This class is open to all levels and is a great fit for: Burlesque performers looking to enhance their stage presence, new dancers interested in burlesque, and folks looking to reconnect with their sensual energy in a safe space.

👠 Heels are optional. If worn, they must be dedicated indoor shoes. Dress in comfortable layers suitable for movement and strip tease choreography (example - an extra shirt/jacket to pull off). Additional props may be provided by the instructor.

✨What is Ecstatic Dance?✨

Ecstatic dance is a kind of moving meditation where the dance floor becomes a playground for raw, unfiltered expression. There’s no choreography, no judgment, and no talking—just music guiding your body , and a safe place to express what comes up. People sway, stomp, spiral, or melt into stillness, we invite everyone to trust their own rhythm. It’s less about how it looks and more about how it feels. Come play!!

We carry so much without even realizing it... What a blessing to be able to release with movement!

This event is offered by donation and we ask that you pay what you can when you arrive.

✨Come exactly as you are to Restore + Reiki, a deeply nourishing experience designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and realign your energetic body.✨

This special pop-up class is led by Marti Bruening of Akamai Healing. She is a Reiki Master, yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and breathwork journey facilitator.

We will begin with gentle breathwork to help you arrive fully into the present moment. From there, you’ll ease into a sequence of supported restorative yoga postures that allow your body to unwind and your energy to settle. Throughout the practice, Marti will offer hands-on Reiki to encourage subtle release, energetic balance, and emotional clarity. The experience culminates in an extended savasana, creating space for deep integration.

Restore + Reiki is open to all bodies and all levels of experience. Whether you’re seeking rest, renewal, or simply a moment to breathe, this class offers a gentle return to yourself.
