I recently completed Part One of my Yamuna Body Rolling training. It's where you roll your body on various sized balls to stretch and stimulate your muscles and bones. A form of self-care, it leaves you feeling like you just had a massage. Very transforming! I look forward to sharing this with my clients, family and friends.

Your center has profound meaning and can send you deep messages. It is not a part of the body to hate because you do not have it the way you want. Get a vision of how you want your center and work to create it. Remember, tight, hard and short muscles make you lose height and will restrict you with age. They will shut down your nerve roots to your vital organ function. They will hurt your lower back and hips. Creating a free flowing unrestricted center that is long, toned and strong is a super longevity image and goal you should have.

I found out yesterday that I am positive for the COVID19 antigen! Test results show I was exposed to the virus 4-6 over 4-6 weeks ago. I must be one of the asymtomatic ones!

My studio is now being used solely by me and my family. Here is my son Warren, who has moved home from NYC temporarily. Love working with my boy! Also holding men only mat classes- Kenny, Barrett and Warren.
