A little sneak preview of a new party piece/old school cool Body Masters standing leg curl machine I've had in storage for a few years! But Core Strength & Fitness already has seated leg curl AND lying leg curl machines? Exactly! This is a little spin on the hamstring and lower posterior chain mechanics. Plus I've been sitting on a six-piece Body Masters circuit for a long time and I wanted to start integrating it into the gym per the commitment I made when we opened: bring new equipment and freshen in the gym regularly. New Merch' Drop 2026 @ Core Strength & Fitness! I never realized how long designing clothes takes when you have no design capabilities! Hope you like what we put together for our second iteration of CS&F apparel. Very proud of the collaboration with my oldest daughter who was instrumental in bringing my visions to what you see today. We will have adjusted hours starting Monday August 10th so if you're planning on swinging in for a tour or just to say hey make sure you give us a call at the club first to make sure we're staffed when you want to come. We will also have our posted hours on our brand new, awesome looking website which we will be doing a formal post for in the next week.
