Tried our hand at Aroumd the world board game for boot camp this morning 😍🎄 Sabrina was the first to make it around the board 3 times so she received the master dice 😍 Good job this morning ladies!!!

💥December’s member of the month is Danielle Johnson💥

Danielle lives in rural Fairbury with her husband Kirk and her son Lakin, who is 10 years old! She was born and raised in Fairbury and met Kirk at a house party, they have been married for 12 years now! 🥰

Danielle has been in the dental field for 16 years. She worked in Bloomington with a root canal specialist and from there went on to be a gum specialist as a hygienist.  She went to dental hygiene school for three years and is now at Midwest dental in Pontiac, which she has been at for two years! 

Danielle enjoyed quilting and sewing before Lakin was born but taking care of her family has put that on the back burner for the time being. They now enjoy attending Illini games as a family and she has been enjoying gardening the last couple years!

Danielle came to us a year or so ago because she was having hip pain, she was gaining some weight and she felt like things she was once doing weren’t as easy as they had once been! She jumped into a program and hasn’t looked back since! She is so strong and her back squat form is beautiful 😍😍 She said she is so happy she started and said if your on the fence just do it, you won’t regret it!

Man that smile though! 😍 It just lights up any room she is in! She is a beautiful girl inside and out and is very caring and compassionate towards people! We truly enjoy working out with her!!! We hope we are working out with you for years to come Danielle! Thank you for making our mornings brighter 🥰🥰

We will be offering a holiday boot camp this year Dec 22nd through January 3rd! This boot camp will be free to members and just a $10 day pass charge per class for non members!

These classes will run approximately 60 min long and will be a combination of weights, cardio and of course fun!!!

Below is a schedule of classes we will be offering and times for that day!

Dec 22nd - 8:00AM … Christmas tree workout
Dec 23rd- 9:00AM… Melting Frosty
Dec 26th - 8:00AM.. Christmas cup tree workout
Dec 27th- 9:00AM.. 12 Days of Christmas

Week 2 schedule
Dec 29th- 8:00AM
Dec 30th - 9:00AM
January 2nd - 8:00AM
January 3rd - 9:00AM

If you have any questions or to sign up for this bootcamp please reach out to Pam! You can sign up for just one, two or all of these days but you must sign up so we have a head count for workouts! Everyone is welcome!
