1. WORKOUTS:
My favorite saying “movement is medicine”✨💪🏼
And it’s true!
Making sure you are getting a DAILY dose is impactful and powerful😍
Endorphins are real chemistry that happen when you are consistent with exercise🚴🏻🚣♀️🤸🏽♂️🏋️♀️
Increases your happiness, immunity, brain clarity and DECREASES anxiety and depression💫💕
Sounds like a magic pill right?!?
Well...it kind of is 😆
Make your fitness appointments with YOU now!
Pull out your calendar and pick the day/ time and schedule....you are worth it💕
Better grab some friends for accountability!
2. NUTRITION:
For a week of high energy and feeling great, clean eating is key!
Start with hydration and remember if your goal is weight loss,
if you are 2% dehydrated you will burn 30% less calories…allllll day long!
I always recommend 40 ounces by noon because it’s a great jump start to staying hydrated.
Additionally, get organic fruits and veggies in your body.
Go to a local farmers market if you can. Such a huge abundance of choices!
Buy some of the beautiful fruits and veggies that are locally grown so you’re supporting local businesses and all organic!

Last, please, puhlezzzzzz.....remember that sugar and processed foods are literally fertilizer for cancer🥺
That’s right...sugar helps cancer grow😣
And I am talking about donuts, candy, cake, ice cream etc.
Secondly, sugar can cause or deepen anxiety & depression.
Please limit or eliminate from your daily intake🙏🏻
