Why Roseville?

When we opened Victory Performance in Folsom in 2014, our mission was simple: help athletes reach their full potential.

Over the last 11 years, we’ve had the opportunity to work with athletes and families from all over the region, including many from Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, and Lincoln.

As Victory continued to grow, it became clear that we needed to be closer to the communities and athletes we serve.

That’s why we’re excited to open our second location right here in Roseville.

Our mission hasn’t changed.

We’re just bringing it to more athletes.

For years, athletes and families from Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, and Lincoln have made the drive to train with us in Folsom. We’re excited to bring the same coaching, culture, and athlete development system closer to home.

Plyometrics aren’t just about jumping higher — they’re about learning how to absorb force, control the body, and produce power with intent.
In this session, our athletes worked through hurdle hops, box jumps, and landing mechanics to build:
⚡ Explosive power
🦵 Single-leg stability
🧠 Coordination + body control
🏃 Better transfer to sprinting, cutting, and sport performance
Quality reps first. Speed and power second.
