On January 7, 2026, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released the 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, introducing a new, inverted food pyramid. This visual replaces the “MyPlate” model and represents a major shift toward whole foods and increased protein.

Triumph Strength has always educated our members about whole food nutrition and a focus on protein to maintain, preserve, and build muscle.

🔥New Member Highlight, welcome Karrohn!

Sometimes the best motivation come from right at home- and that’s exactly how our newest member found his way through our doors.

Karrohn joined Triumph shortly after his wife, Erica, became a member, and from day one he’s shown up strong, steady and consistent. He’s the kind of person who quietly puts in the work, listens to coaching and keeps stacking wins one workout at a time.

We love seeing couples make fitness a family value, and Karrohn is proving that when you commit, show up, and trust the process… results follow.
