You may not agree with this…

But if you want your body to actually change, you need to stop chasing calories or random workouts.

Building muscle doesn’t mean getting bulky.

It means getting stronger.
Creating shape.
Improving metabolism.
Protecting your joints.
And building a body that feels better long term.

The basics work:
1. Strength train consistently.
2. Pus yourself enough to challenge your muscles.
3. Eat enough protein.
4. Make small improvements over time.

That’s how real change happens.

Not overnight.
Not from doing more cardio.
Not from starving yourself.

Let me save you hours of scrolling…

You don’t need a new workout.
You don’t need another “hack.”
You don’t need to start over on Monday.

If you actually want to build muscle, it comes down to this:

1. Train with intent
Not just going through the motions. Challenge your muscles enough to force them to adapt.
2. Progress over time
More reps. More weight. Better control.
If nothing changes, your body has no reason to.
3. Eat to support it
You can’t build muscle on fumes. Fuel matters.

Do this consistently, NOT perfectly and your body will change

Most people don’t have a knowledge problem…
They have a consistency problem.

Stick with it!

We are about two weeks out from 2026 and I am sure I am about to hear a lot of “New Year, New Me”

So let me challenge you on two things:

1. Reflect on 2025. Did you say the same thing? “This year I’m going to change my habits and finally get healthy”

2. Ask yourself what’s actually going to be different this year.

Do be insane. Don’t repeat the same cycle and hope it works out. Hope isn’t a strategy.. action is.
