🚨 KILOS ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
Hey hey hey… Kilos will officially be making some changes.
KILOS WILL NOW BE 30+ ONLY.
So for ALL the younger people who were asking why Kilos was 25+ THIS is why.
And honestly, some of the 25+ were acting just like the YN’s 😂 so from this point forward, KILOS WILL BE 30+ ONLY. NO EXCUSES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unfortunately, the younger crowd has shown us repeatedly that they are not respecting the rules, the property, or the people around them.
Homecoming night, I had at least 10 people 30+ come to me MULTIPLE times asking if we could get everyone inside or have people leave the property because they did not feel safe and simply wanted to enjoy themselves and party inside. AND IFYKYK, Kilos has ALWAYS been safe and consistently receives compliments on how welcoming and secure the environment feels so to hear that, I know a change has to be made.
Police came out to clear the parking lot and have people leave the property if they didn’t want to go inside NOT SHUT KILOS DOWN. Security asked multiple times. Officers asked multiple times. Nobody wanted to budge.
So YES, I had to call multiple officers back out and have the event shut down because people refused to simply come inside the building or leave the property.
And then everybody wonders why WE can’t have anything. 🤦🏾♀️
Everything around us closes at 12–3 AM, but Kilos has the ability to run all night. So why not come in, chill, enjoy yourself, and respect the space?
I also want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the individual who reached out to us about a possible shooting that was SUPPOSED TO TAKE PLACE Homecoming night . 🙏🏾
Thank God we were able to get everybody off the property safely. Information like that is taken VERY seriously, and I will always put the safety of our customers, staff, and community first.
And let me make something else VERY clear:
JUST BECAUSE KILOS IS RAN BY YOUNGER PEOPLE DOES NOT MEAN IT’S GOING TO BE BU****IT OR RAN OUT OF ORDER.
We take our business seriously. We take our customers seriously. We take safety seriously. Being young does NOT mean we’re going to tolerate disrespect, disorder, or people refusing to follow the rules.
Kilos is a LEGIT business, and we’re going to operate like one. PERIOD.

🚨 EVERYONE WILL BE SEARCHED
❌ NO EXCEPTIONS
❌ NO FAMILY PASSES
❌ NO FRIEND PASSES
I don’t care who you are. THE RULES APPLY TO EVERYBODY.
I’m sorry, but Y’ALL WILL NOT CAUSE US TO LOSE WHAT WE HAVE WORKED SO HARD FOR. We have put too much time, money, energy, and effort into Kilos to let anybody’s bad decisions or refusal to follow simple rules jeopardize what we built.
And ANOTHER thing…
🚻 KILOS IS NOT A PUBLIC RESTROOM.
If you’re not coming to Kilos to enjoy yourself, PLEASE KEEP IT MOVING. Stopping by just to ask to use our restroom? NO MA’AM. NO SIR.
NO BAND, NO ENTRY AT ALL.
That little time you spent stopping, getting out, and asking to use our restroom, you could’ve been home or stopped at Circle K. 😂
And let’s talk about the PRICE.
THE PRICE IS THE PRICE. PERIOD.
If you’re going to complain about the entry fee, KEEP IT. You don’t have to waste your breath. Y’all will go EVERYWHERE else and spend your money, but somehow want to COMPLAIN ABOUT A $10 ENTRY FEE. 🤦🏾♀️😂
Like I said before, Kilos is a LEGIT BUSINESS. We have bills, staff, security, equipment, insurance, and plenty of other things to pay for. So YES, IT’S GOING TO COST TO HAVE A LITTLE FUN.
If $10 is too much, no hard feelings but please don’t complain about the price because nothing is gone change.

If you want Kilos to continue being a place where we can party, stay open late, and have a good time, then RESPECT THE RULES, RESPECT SECURITY, RESPECT THE PROPERTY, AND RESPECT EACH OTHER.
We want to stay open. We want y’all to have somewhere to go. But WE CAN’T DO THAT WITHOUT EVERYBODY DOING THEIR PART.
KILOS IS FOR EVERYBODY WHO CAN RESPECT THE RULES. 🖤
